We’re seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to join our GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategy & Operations team! You will be a trusted advisor to our Global Sales organization, collaborating with Sales Leadership to identify, measure and optimize areas of revenue generation productivity.
You’ll become part of a high-performing, collaborative team of Strategic, Operational and Technical professionals. This team is responsible for driving top-line growth and performance by designing and executing strategy, instrumentation, analytics and selling processes to develop sales teams, improve sales productivity and drive predictable revenue.
The position will be based remotely across Canada.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ownership over building strategic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership on business priorities and key initiatives
- Partnering with Revenue Operations and GTM Leaders to deliver insights that guide Sales Execution by leveraging standard and ad hoc reporting as well as data-driven analyses and modeling
- End-to-end ownership over performance analyses for Leadership Quarterly Business Reviews, annual strategic sales planning and Board of Director reports
- Identifying and recommending opportunities to continuously improve performance by analyzing existing processes, identifying root causes and implementing data-informed solutions
- Crafting clear narratives, business recommendations and proposals that envision and articulate future-state sales strategy
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Strategy/Operations, Growth or Strategic Finance
- Experience partnering with Global GTM orgs and Business Leaders on strategic programs
- Ability to distil analyses into executive-ready presentations with thoughtful strategic recommendations
- Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for solving complex problems
- Expertise with Salesforce (reporting and analytics), proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides a must
- Experience with business intelligence and/or analytics tools such as Google Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus
