Senior Program Finance Systems Analyst to provide systems design, programming, and accounting support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
Requirements
- Using one of the tools (Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M Language), Python (Pandas), SQL or SharePoint program solutions to automate processes, eliminate manual touches, and points of failure
- Support the production of the monthly financial deliverable
- Provide project control support to Project/Program Manager to successfully plan and execute assigned projects
- Analyze project problems and recommend resolutions, work in compliance with company rules and regulations and determine key performance indicators to improve project operational efficiency
- Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to execute projects
- Monitor project progress to identify and correct delays or deviations, monitor project status on regular basis and develop status reports to management
- Advise Managers on project controls practices and procedures, work independently or in a team to perform daily work assigned by Manager and follow and enforce company health and safety guidelines
- Maintain positive working relationships with management, project team and customers and perform other related duties as assigned
