Manager, Operations Communications

We are looking for a Manager, Operations Communications to provide dedicated communications and business management support for Hong Kong Operations. In this role, you will help strengthen our strategic narrative, deliver clear and audience-appropriate communications on key initiatives, and enhance transparency around operational priorities and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years’ experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with familiarity in Operations preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to simplify complex information and craft clear, compelling content.
• Skilled in producing professional PowerPoint materials and structured written content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across different functions.
