We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Head of Annuities Sales & Distribution to lead the development and execution of sales and distribution strategies for our Annuities products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience driving sales success in the Life Insurance and Annuity industry
- Deep knowledge of Annuity products, regulations, and market dynamics
- Outstanding strategic planning and execution skills to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Superior interpersonal and communication abilities to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required; an advanced degree and industry certifications are preferred
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in Life and Annuities sales and distribution
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform strategic sales decision-making
