Role Overview
Manychat is seeking a Head of Sales to build and own the sales function for Manychat for Brands from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a B2B sales team from a handful of reps to a full-scale sales org in a mid-market or similar segment.
What You Will Do
Build and own the sales function, personally close deals, design and run inbound/inside sales and outbound BDR → AE motions, scale the team, introduce an AI-stack and modern outbound infrastructure, and collaborate cross-functionally.
