What You’ll Do
As part of the Revenue Strategy & Operations (RevOps) team, the Sales Strategy & Analytics Lead plays a pivotal role in sculpting and enacting Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and analytics frameworks essential for scalable, consistent growth. This position represents the core of strategic planning and execution across various GTM teams, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Strategy & Operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales and Customer Engagement leadership team, developing and executing strategic initiatives and business plans to meet and exceed our goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the cross-functional teams and business partners to drive alignment, execute business critical programs and build scalable processes to drive business outcomes
- Market and Business Analysis: Develop and manage go to market frameworks, business planning processes, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation and field engagement strategies to optimize market penetration and growth.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Deliver executive-level analyses and strategic insights, alongside managing KPI reporting to accurately monitor business performance and guide informed decision-making.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on navigating complex and ambiguous business challenges, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership grounded in data analysis, market insights, and robust business acumen.
- Strategy Implementation: Craft and execute strategies for pipeline generation, account planning, health monitoring, and review of top accounts to enhance business development efforts.
- Growth Management: Build bottoms up financial models on growth targets, including capacity and headcount planning, pipeline targets, and budget planning
- Sales Forecast Leadership: Take charge of the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
What We Believe Are Important Traits For This Role
- Educational Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field . An MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant area preferred.
- Professional Experience: Over 10 years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, sales analytics, sales finance within a SaaS environment.
- Technical Proficiency
- Expertise in annual sales forecasting process, territory design and target setting
- Expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; Advanced SQL knowledge preferred
- Proficient use of business intelligence platforms such as Tableau to support data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced analytical skills, including high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to efficiently gather, clean, and analyze data, drawing relevant insights
- Strong Financial Modeling experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to structure complex problems, extract insights from data, and articulate strategies and solutions clearly to teams across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to identifying, prioritizing, developing, and executing against the sales operational plan. Ability to suggest and implement solutions to streamline workflows and resolve system gaps efficiently.
- Collaboration and Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to engage diverse teams, driving forward initiatives with a mix of strategic vision and practical implementation.
Note: This is a senior IC role and does not have team management responsibilities.

Our annual base compensation for this role ranges from $139,825 – $189,175 for most US locations and 5% to 10% higher for US locations with a higher cost of labor. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.
