Requirements

- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including health systems, health plans, life sciences, and other segments.
- Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Strong history of driving business development and agency growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and PowerPoint.
