We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or Minneapolis areas. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered. 

Job Summary (What You’ll Do)

In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and pre-launch review of marketing programs and campaigns within Marketo and Salesforce, as well as the setup and coordination of virtual events and webinars through Zoom Events. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that campaigns run smoothly, are executed on time, and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation of landing pages, emails, forms, and workflows for marketing programs.
  • Email Marketing: Execute and maintain the email marketing calendar for our employer and broker/consultant audiences.
  • Virtual Event & Webinar Setup: Partner with the events team to create and set up virtual events and webinars, including pre-and post-event campaigns.
  • Data Quality & Hygiene: Troubleshoot and maintain data standards across all marketing channels to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Campaign Quality Assurance: Support marketing peers by reviewing marketing programs in detail before they launch to ensure quality.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing team to share insights, recommendations, and performance learnings from program setups and campaign executions.

Skills and Qualifications (Who You Are):

  • 2 years working in Marketo and Salesforce to execute marketing campaigns and understanding CRM/MA best practices are required.
  • Experience building and executing virtual events in Marketo and webinar platforms; Zoom/Zoom Events preferred.
  • Previous experience working with project management tools, such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Maintain a learning mindset and the ability to understand concepts and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in working with remote teams
  • Excited about Calm’s mission and passionate about mental health and wellness
