The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within fintech, financial services, or B2B, and is fluent in Romanian and English.

- Native or bilingual fluency in Romanian
- Full professional proficiency in English
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing
- Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or B2B
- Proven experience managing marketing activities in at least two of the cluster countries (RO, BG, HU, CZ)
