Requirements

A hands-on marketing leader with deep Web3 instincts who builds with AI as naturally as you think in campaigns
3+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation and proven track record in token marketing or Web3 ecosystem growth

Strong technical marketing fundamentals, where you’ve defined ICPs, built messaging architectures, and shipped GTM programs that had massively leveraged results
Experience crafting market positioning and category narratives in fast-moving, technical industries
Ability to translate highly technical subject matter into language that resonates with different buyer audiences

Hands-on experience in content programs, PR execution, and event marketing
