Requirements

• Marketing Operations Representative: Introduces the CAESARS Rewards Tiered Card to new players, replaces lost cards for our guests.
• Marketing Operations Supervisor: Assists with all staff, guest and interdepartmental interactions in the CAESARS Rewards and Bus Operation areas during assigned shift.
• Ensures the safe, smooth operation of all Marketing services, events & promotions.
• Monitors customer service levels in CAESARS Rewards, Promotions and Special Events areas.
• Assists with training team members.
• Assists with handling customer problems and complaints during assigned shift ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Assists with coordinating arrangements for patrons coming by charter bus and daily “on-line” service.
• Maintains department stock inventory records replenishing promotional stock as necessary.
