Marketing Operations Manager

National Debt Relief is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support the analytics infrastructure and cross-functional workflows. The role will involve building relationships across teams, driving clarity in ambiguous environments, and translating analytical work into business-ready outputs.

Requirements

• Serve as a primary point of contact between the analytics team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Partner with internal teams to translate business questions into well-scoped analytical projects
• Maintain and improve operational documentation
• Support the development and upkeep of dashboards and standardized reporting
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, project syncs, and executive readouts
• Identify gaps in reporting coverage or analytical workflows and proactively propose solutions
• Help manage relationships with external data vendors and analytics platform providers
