Marketing Services Manager

At HDR, our Marketing Services Manager will lead and develop marketing efforts to support client service managers, pursuits, and external marketing, working closely with the Business Development Manager to create winning strategies, proposals, and presentations. This role is responsible for marketing coordination, proposal management, and collaboration with marketing and engineering staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in the engineering consulting, architecture, planning, or construction industries
• Ability to create compelling content for qualifications, proposals, and presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical editing
• Willingness to travel to all Missouri and Kansas offices
• Team-oriented self-starter with adaptable and flexible attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and make independent decisions
• Proficiency in document layout and production in Microsoft Office
