Marketing Systems & Paid Media Specialist (GoHighLevel) responsible for managing and optimizing CRM automation, paid campaigns, and funnel structure for a marketing and advertising company. This technical execution role focuses on system architecture, performance optimization, and structured improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in operations, customer service, or virtual assistant roles
• 2 years of proven experience in: CRM automation, Paid media management and Funnel optimization
• Experience working with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM
• Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Advanced GoHighLevel expertise (complex automation systems)
• Strong attribution and tracking knowledge
• Proven success reducing CPL and improving conversion rates
• Experience structuring multi-stage paid funnels
• Agency-side performance marketing experience
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work autonomously
