The Opportunity

As Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll architect and optimize the systems, processes, and data that power our revenue engine. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub, who can unlock automation, drive actionable insights, and ensure alignment across GTM teams.

You’ll work cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive performance, predictability, and scalability in all areas of revenue generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end RevOps strategy for the customer lifecycle—from lead generation to retention.
  • Manage a small team of systems specialists.
  • Partner with department leaders to align GTM strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve funnel performance and customer lifecycle efficiency.
  • Own the configuration, governance, and optimization of HubSpot as the core of our GTM stack.
  • Develop custom dashboards, workflows, lead scoring models, and automation rules.
  • Deliver data-driven insights through robust reporting and dashboards within HubSpot.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline health metrics, and funnel performance across all stages. Support campaign attribution, ROI analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Ensure clean data practices and integration across connected tools (e.g., Apollo, Gong, Dialpad etc…).
  • Implement AI-driven capabilities within HubSpot and connected platforms to enhance lead scoring, email personalization, and sales enablement.
  • Identify opportunities for automation that reduce manual work and improve decision-making speed.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI tools and integrate relevant ones into GTM workflows.
  • Define and maintain scalable GTM processes, including SLAs between Marketing, Sales, and CS.

What You’ll Bring To Maropost

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales/Marketing Ops roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Mandatory: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot’s platform.
  • An extreme passion towards AI tools and automation to help scale Maropost in the most efficient way possible.
  • Strong background in GTM process design, lead/opportunity automation, and revenue analytics.
  • Experience working in an integrated HubSpot environment with tools like Gong, Apollo, Attributionapp and Dailpad among others.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and reporting (ARR, NRR, CAC, CLTV, etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in a global multi-product environment.
  • Bring a strong sense of urgency to your role.
  • Excellent communicator with cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
