Role Overview
Join Mars Petcare as a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead strategic customer partnerships across Independent Grocery Multi-Site Operator (MSO) portfolio in Queensland and New South Wales. Influence category growth, shape customer strategy, and drive performance across one of our most important growth channels.
What You Will Do
Own and grow a portfolio of Independent Grocery customers to deliver commercial and category growth outcomes. Develop customer plans, build trusted partnerships, and use insights to identify opportunities and optimise investment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires account management experience within FMCG, Grocery or Consumer Goods, or strong field sales experience with commercial exposure. You should be able to build customer relationships, influence outcomes, and have strong commercial, selling, and negotiation capability.
Requirements
- Account Management experience within FMCG, Grocery or Consumer Goods
- Strong commercial, selling and negotiation capability
- Understanding of trade investment and category-led decision making
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously
- Commerce or Business qualification preferred
