Your Tasks
- Supporting Key Account Management in customer and annual discussions, budget planning, and daily business
- Conducting independent price, product, and sales analyses with derivation of corresponding measures
- Maintaining conditions in the system, creating quarterly statements, and monitoring budgets
- Planning promotions and controlling product availability in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
- Participating in projects to develop marketing mechanisms (e.g., bundles, multi-buy promotions)
- Collaborating with Shopper Marketing to plan customer-specific POS and retail media activities
- Direct exchange with our customers on specialist topics
- Building a strong internal network through close collaboration with different company departments – an excellent basis for your further career at Mars
Your Profile
- Completed degree, ideally in Business Administration
- Initial relevant professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Controlling, or a comparable function
- Affinity for numbers, team spirit, and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Excel (formulas, tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Initiative, proactivity, and enjoyment in independently driving topics forward
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
