SEA FP&A Director

Responsible for leading the financial shaping process and target setting, periodic financial analysis, and decision-making for Mars Pet Nutrition’s Southeast Asia (SEA) operations. Oversees a team of Finance Associates and builds strategic demand co-pilot capability to drive brand growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA or MBA is preferred.
• 12 years of relevant experience.
• Previous FP&A manager or Finance Co-pilot manager experiences are required.
