We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics Team at Mercer. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and delivery
- Implement systems and processes to monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across production data sources
- Design data integrations and data quality frameworks while applying data governance principles
- Partner with business units and engineering teams to define long-term data platform architecture strategies
- Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing and system maintenance
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers and other stakeholders as needed
