As an Employee Benefits Data Analyst, you’ll ensure the execution of our analytics platform, measure the impact of our efforts, and create analytical tools that benefit our clients. You’ll also take ownership of accurate and timely production of team reports.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an Employee Benefits role
  • Experience with renewal projections, financial modeling and claims reporting
  • Ability to perform in-depth utilization trend analysis to identify patterns and insights
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial analytics and utilization patterns
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
