HR Consulting Project Manager (Talent / Cross-border M&A)

We are seeking a talented individual for HR Consulting Project Manager (Talent / Cross-border M&A) position at Mercer. This role will be based in Korea and will lead end-to-end HR consulting delivery across the Talent spectrum, supported by strong analytical rigor, structured problem solving, and stakeholder leadership.

Requirements

• 8-15 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or in-house HR in a project-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver high-quality client outputs
• Strong structured problem solving, synthesis, and analytical skills (quantitative orientation preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
