Senior Account Manager, Equine Farm & Ranch

Senior Account Manager role for the Equine Farm & Ranch team at MMA, responsible for supporting the Regional Director and Producer, developing strong client relationships, and exceeding retention goals. The role interacts with accounting, marketing, claims, loss control, and management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ insurance industry experience with at least 2 years’ direct experience with Equine Farm & Ranch
• Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to conduct presentations and speak to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products and agency management systems
