Service and Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh RM team. This role will be based in Tianjin. The Service and Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, a profitable book of business, and acquiring new clients. The role will involve maintaining and growing current client relationships, developing tailored solutions to meet client needs, ensuring services are priced and delivered adequately, and creating business strategies to achieve retention and sales targets.

Requirements

• Understand business environment and know how to read/interpret financial statements.
• Communications -Influencing, negotiating, presenting effectively, etc.
• Relationship Management – Customer focus, building rapport, dealing with conflict, etc.
• No less than 5 years related work experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or coming from financial/capital market/legal background
• Understanding of property/casualty insurance principals and basic understanding on claim handling/procedures.
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues in team operations.
