We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to build our franchise network, identifying and winning new franchise partners and developing strategic plans for lead generation. The role involves a mix of sales work and strategic development, with a focus on scaling a system. The successful candidate will have a strong working style, good communication skills, and experience in sales or business development.
Requirements
- Completed studies
- First professional experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a fast-growing company
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher) and good English
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
