Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team at Subaru of Ontario, with excellent opportunity to contribute to the dealership’s overall success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and dealership management systems
  • Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to make informed decisions
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years sales management experience with Nissan, CDJR,Subaru or Mazda brand preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
