Requirements
- Interact with customers over the phone and in person as well as electronically
- Conduct discovery conversations with existing customers and prospect customers
- Grow sales and achieve branch/company sales and profitability goals
- Process quotes, orders, and payments
- Provide elevated level of customer service
- Maintain product knowledge and adhere to company standards
- Collaborate with other departments
- Expedite resolutions and make timely decisions
