Mastercard is seeking an Analyst, Business Development to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in Latin America and the Caribbean, driving revenue growth and expanding existing business through solution selling and upselling.
Requirements
- Experience in the payments, fintech, or financial services ecosystem
- Strong background in account management, relationship management, or consultative sales
- Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts through solution selling
- Deep understanding of the innovation and digital commerce ecosystem in Latin America
- Highly customer-centric, with a focus on long-term value creation
- Ability to identify complementary products and services that address customer needs
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and commercial concepts clearly
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred
