Business Development Manager, Mastercard Services (Financial Services)

Business Development Manager, Mastercard Services (Financial Services) position responsible for shaping growth strategy in Portugal and executing sales process from prospecting to contract execution.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required, Masters, MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended
• Extensive experience in Strategy Consulting working with Financial Services (experience in payments is an advantage)
• Track record of building trusted relationships at C-suite level, exhibit strong relationship management skills using consultative skills to create and convert pipeline opportunities in the market
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth fostering lasting partnerships by developing and communicating clear value propositions
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and in Portuguese both verbally and in writing
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, self-starter and strong commercial sense
• Excellent client management & engagement management skills
• Ability to multi-task independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
