The Director, Account Management, Mastercard Direct Services role based in Singapore involves growing existing accounts and developing new business with a strong focus on relationship building and commercial pragmatism. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the issuing, acquiring and/or payments industry with a blend of Account Management and BD sales experience.
Requirements
- Develops and grows business with MCDS accounts and prospects
- Maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Generates and maintains a significant qualified lead and sales pipeline
- Owns the customer’s P&L including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
- Executes strategic account commercial deals and strategic partnership agreements
- Develops & sells new opportunities with the Strategic Partners with the view of accelerating business growth, increasing Mastercard share and volume, identifying new revenue streams
- Develops new business opportunities/sales pipeline leveraging full suite of MasterCard products and solutions
- Manages day-to-day work & establishes effective communication and relationship with senior decision makers within client management
