Director, Account Management

Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in 200+ countries and territories worldwide. The Director, Account Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the MasterCard relationship with assigned accounts.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in business development, account management, product management, or finance.
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record in driving successful account strategies and experience working in fintech companies.
• Excellent financial acumen with working knowledge of data analysis tools and specialized data sources
• Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines such as sales, product, marketing, finance, operations, and risk
• Competence in handling complex deals and understanding the revenue, cost, and financial impact of business opportunities
• An outstanding individual contributor with the ambition and willingness to take on the challenge of becoming a team lead
