Mastercard is seeking a Director, Fintech Business Development German Speaking Europe to grow and progress with clients by managing accounts P&L, defining strategies, setting goals and executing on it in close collaboration with the Central European Divisional Management.

Requirements

  • Grow and progress with our clients by managing your accounts P&L, defining strategies, setting goals and executing on it in close collaboration with the Central European Divisional Management.
  • Drive solution design, sales and product delivery in a highly competitive, fast changing environment
  • Develop and support implementation of country-wide go-to-market plans, including product positioning, key benefits, and target customer for the local digital solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with our Fintech and Platform clients, Business Development pipeline development and execution.
  • Build compelling solutions! Be responsible for the design, launch and management of our positioning and work with the customer and technical solution architects as well as product managers on the product roadmap to fit the market needs.
  • Proactively manage new partnership idea pipeline that anticipates and/or responds new technological trends as well as eco system stakeholder needs and competitive threats
  • Create business cases, implementation, end-to-end operational and support processes, and product roadmaps for concepts under development
  • Manage program constructs in the market, packaging the findings and enabling acceptance teams to scale the outcome
  • Close & Scale! Ensure growth and tactical targets are reached
  • Continuous development and execution of strategic framework for the German and Austrian market
