The Manager, Franchise Growth & Enablement – LAC role supports sustainable growth of the Mastercard ecosystem by managing customer onboarding, lifecycle activities, and ecosystem governance. The Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing activities related to Acquirers, high risk merchants, and related payment facilitators across the LAC region.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of card payments and merchant ecosystems, including the payment lifecycle and foundational knowledge of fraud and chargebacks.
  • Experience in financial services, payments, or a regulated environment, with exposure to customer lifecycle management or ecosystem administration.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data, reports, and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain requirements and work effectively with customers.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a matrixed, regional environment.
  • Business Process background.
  • Results oriented, detail focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Solid project management and process improvement skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English, both written and spoken; Portuguese is a plus.
