Manager, Partner Success – Security Solutions

Role Overview

The Manager, Partner Success – Security Solutions will effectively manage a portfolio of strategic B2B partners who utilize multiple Mastercard services products or solutions to mitigate risk and prevent fraud. The Partner Success Manager will support partners throughout the onboarding process, provide ongoing relationship management, and drive revenue growth through expansions and strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

Monitor partner performance, product adoption, usage, satisfaction, service levels, and revenue outcomes; identify risks and opportunities using partner feedback and operational data. Develop and execute joint growth plans that expand partner relationships, increase product adoption, and grow volume and revenue across existing and new opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in partner success, product management, consulting, or related roles
• Proven success improving retention, increasing adoption, and identifying growth opportunities with channel partners
• Proven ability to ideate and co-create new solutions with our Partners
• Collaborative, proactive leader who builds strong relationships and contributes to a high-performing culture
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, translating complexity into clear, executive-ready narratives
• Strong data fluency, with experience using analytics and AI-driven insights to inform performance and strategy
