We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Program Manager to support our data analytics and promotions. The role requires strong operational discipline, accuracy, and comfort working with large datasets.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in a data-driven consulting/analytics organization
- Expertise on one or more of SQL, Python, Big data / Hadoop
- Strong Expertise on one or more data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau
- Experience with campaign insights, A/B testing, data-driven product development, machine learning models for segmentation, forecasting, regression
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and local office language(s)
- Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics skills
