We are now looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to join our Revenue Marketing team.
About the Role

The Matillion Marketing team is looking for an experienced Revenue Marketer to build, operate, and continually optimize our digital demand generation efforts to help achieve our company revenue growth goals.
You will work with our Revenue Marketing team to harness our best-in-class tech stack, and in collaboration with product marketers and others to design and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive results. You will have the opportunity to align our digital marketing and automation efforts with growth goals and play an integral role in helping build our sales pipeline through effective opportunity generation and prospect engagement programs.
We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role can either follow our hybrid work structure where employees work 2 days a week in our Denver, Colorado office, or if you are situated on the East Coast then you can work remotely.
What you will be doing
- You’ll be developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
- You’ll also develop and execute data-driven lead nurture strategies across multiple channels, including email, paid media, and web experience.
- Driving the creation, implementation, and continual improvement of digital marketing campaigns, you’ll convert our target prospect audience to well-qualified sales opportunities.
- The Revenue Marketer will execute web, SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to define audience personas and segmentation criteria.
- You’ll also craft compelling experiences delivered across multiple channels that resonate with prospects early in the marketing funnel to create brand awareness, engagement, and intent
What we are looking for
- An experienced demand marketer from scale-up environments who has a proven track record of driving revenue through marketing activities aligned to the buyer’s journey and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment with a high degree of change and multiple go to market models.
- Demonstrated experience with modern best-in-class mar-tech and rev-tech tools (6sense, Folloze, Marketo, Salesforce, Drift, LeanData, ZoomInfo etc.)
- Direct experience and certifications in at least one of the major marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc) and demonstrated ability to implement campaigns quickly
- Passion for marketing, analytical and creative and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
- Demonstrated experience designing/executing campaigns within a modern account-based Demand Waterfall
At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is $76,000 – $114,000, but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
