Senior Director – Business Development – Partnerships

The Senior Director – Business Development – Partnerships will be responsible for executing and achieving outcomes of multiple projects or initiatives, organizing opportunities into work teams, and communicating project status to department leadership. The role will also represent the department with other Mayo Clinic leadership and external entities, and may be assigned directly reporting staff. The Senior Director will model the values, policies, and goals of the department and of Mayo Clinic.

Requirements

  • Directly support the mission of Mayo Clinic Business Development
  • Execute and achieve outcomes of multiple projects or initiatives
  • Organize opportunities into work teams
  • Communicate project status to department leadership
  • Represent the department with other Mayo Clinic leadership and external entities
  • Assign staff to work teams as needed
  • Perform managerial and human resources duties, including performance reviews, goal-setting, mentoring/coaching, and career development
  • Model the values, policies, and goals of the department and of Mayo Clinic
