Senior Director, Customer and Operations Data Products

McCormick is seeking a Senior Director, Customer and Operations Data Products to join their team based at their Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The position is hybrid eligible (50% onsite per month). The Senior Director will lead a high-performing team of data product managers and be responsible for maximizing the strategic and commercial impact of McCormick’s most critical data assets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data product management, data strategy, or data governance within a complex or global organization
• 10+ years of experience in R&D and/or Quality & Regulatory within the CPG, food, or manufacturing industries
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from vision and roadmap through delivery and adoption
