Role Overview
The Account Associate – Inside Sales is an entry-level sales role with a defined career progression path into Account Executive or Account Manager opportunities. This position is responsible for inside sales activity, including showroom support, walk-in client engagement, phone inquiries, and consultative selling support for mid-market and growth opportunities.
What You Will Do
Maintain showroom coverage, interview and qualify walk-in customers, prepare quotes, pricing requests, sales orders, and completed specifications for Sales Administration processing, support creation of small-scale design plans and furniture layouts for mid-market customer opportunities.

Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Communications, Sales, Hospitality, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and consultative communication skills
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking ability
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, clients, and vendors
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt quickly as business priorities evolve
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy showroom and sales environment
