As an Account Manager at McGohan Brabender, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional service to our clients, and helping them navigate the complex world of employee benefits. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping clients and their employees make informed decisions about their benefits packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Human Resources, etc.)
- Previous experience in benefits consulting, employee benefits brokerage, human resources, or a similar role
- Life and Health License preferred
- Self-starter who will take initiative in meeting client’s needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedicated note taker with strong follow through
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
