As an Account Manager at McGohan Brabender, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional service to our clients, and helping them navigate the complex world of employee benefits. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping clients and their employees make informed decisions about their benefits packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Human Resources, etc.)
  • Previous experience in benefits consulting, employee benefits brokerage, human resources, or a similar role
  • Life and Health License preferred
  • Self-starter who will take initiative in meeting client’s needs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated note taker with strong follow through
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
