We are looking for a highly skilled freelance specialist to join our team for 5-10 hours per week. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in HubSpot, Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Google Ads, and Zapier to create sophisticated marketing automations and robust data solutions. You will troubleshoot challenging data issues, build dynamic smart list filters, and develop creative solutions that streamline our marketing and analytics processes across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Expertise:
- Develop and maintain advanced automations and comprehensive reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot data issues and build powerful smart list filters.
- Provide practical, innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Tag Management & Analytics:
- Implement and manage GTM tags for GA4, Google Ads, and other tracking pixels.
- Set up GA4 and Google Ads configurations from scratch.
- Identify, implement, and manage triggers, tags, and variables.
- Automation & Data Integration:
- Leverage Zapier to automate routine tasks and integrate various systems seamlessly.
- Build simple databases in Google Sheets or generate Looker reports as needed.
- Attribution & Data Analysis:
- Understand and explain various attribution models across systems (GA4, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
- Investigate data discrepancies and deliver clear, actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven technical expertise in HubSpot, including advanced automations and reporting.
- Proficiency with GTM, GA4, and Google Ads, particularly in setting up tracking and conversion systems.
- Strong command of Zapier and experience with automation integrations.
- Familiarity with data structures and experience creating custom reports or simple databases (e.g., Looker, Google Sheets).
- Solid understanding of different attribution models and data analysis methods.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects as a freelancer.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and innovation.
