They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize their marketing technology stack, streamline workflows, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making. This role requires hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and a strong analytical mindset.
Requirements
- Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
- Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, lead flow accuracy, and reliable attribution.
- Design scalable processes to support both mid-market and enterprise campaigns.
- Align marketing metrics with business outcomes.
- CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with proven B2B business services experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
- Track record of building marketing operations from the ground up, not just maintaining existing systems.
