Marketing Operations Manager

MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company focused on customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO), and cloud technology. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize their marketing technology stack, streamline workflows, and provide insights for data-driven decision-making. This role requires hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and a strong analytical mindset.

Requirements

  • Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
  • Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality, lead flow accuracy, and reliable attribution.
  • Design scalable processes to support both mid-market and enterprise campaigns.
  • Align marketing metrics with business outcomes.
  • CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with proven B2B business services experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
  • Track record of building marketing operations from the ground up, not just maintaining existing systems.
