The ProviderPay Data Analyst will analyze complex healthcare provider payment data to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and support strategic decision-making within Strategic Health Alliance II, Inc. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and validating large datasets, developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets related to provider payments, claims, and reimbursement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and payment patterns.
  • Perform root cause analysis on payment discrepancies, denials, and underpayments/overpayments.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and contracting teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings through data analysis.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new payment models and systems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
