Medica is a nonprofit health plan seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support month-end close activities, prepare quarterly statutory financial statements, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis/reporting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF/IFS, and data modeling).
- Audit experience preferred but not required
