This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where you’ll drive accuracy, compliance, and automation across the employee lifecycle, leading core operational areas including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in HRIS, payroll, or people operations, with ownership of systems and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity), including configuration, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets to drive insights and reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, wage and hour laws, and benefits/leave regulations, with a demonstrated ability to improve processes through technology.
