Base Salary: $200,000 + Bonus Potential

This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and operational excellence to drive revenue, optimize performance, and foster strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop hospital account teams, including Business Development, Operations, and Account Management, ensuring top-tier performance and client satisfaction
- Oversee operational functions of hospital practices including staffing, RCM, billing, compliance, and quality initiatives
- Serve as the primary liaison with hospital leadership to maintain strong, collaborative relationships
- Drive operational efficiency through analytics, dashboards, and financial oversight, including P&Ls, proformas, and utilization analysis
- Support new account onboarding, client go-lives, and strategic initiatives to grow California market presence
- Recruit, mentor, and manage administrative and account teams to achieve operational and financial goals
What You Bring
- Proven experience selling to hospitals (Stryker, RCM, or similar)
- Strong operational leadership in hospital-based practices
- Expertise in account management, client relations, and strategic planning
- Comfort with frequent travel and working across multiple sites
- Based in California or the West Coast
