Now Hiring: VP of Sales Operations – Healthcare

Location: Irvine, CA 92612 | Monday–Friday, salaried with flexible hours | Travel throughout California

Base Salary: $200,000 + Bonus Potential

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for healthcare operations and hospital sales? Join a fast-growing team overseeing hospital-based practices and client accounts across California. This role combines strategic leadership, business development, and operational excellence to drive revenue, optimize performance, and foster strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop hospital account teams, including Business Development, Operations, and Account Management, ensuring top-tier performance and client satisfaction
  • Oversee operational functions of hospital practices including staffing, RCM, billing, compliance, and quality initiatives
  • Serve as the primary liaison with hospital leadership to maintain strong, collaborative relationships
  • Drive operational efficiency through analytics, dashboards, and financial oversight, including P&Ls, proformas, and utilization analysis
  • Support new account onboarding, client go-lives, and strategic initiatives to grow California market presence
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage administrative and account teams to achieve operational and financial goals

What You Bring

  • Proven experience selling to hospitals (Stryker, RCM, or similar)
  • Strong operational leadership in hospital-based practices
  • Expertise in account management, client relations, and strategic planning
  • Comfort with frequent travel and working across multiple sites
  • Based in California or the West Coast
