Mention Me is a leading AI-powered referral marketing solution provider. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid media and organic search end-to-end, driving pipeline and revenue for our clients.

Requirements

• 4–6 years’ hands-on experience as a performance marketing practitioner in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager proficiency.
• Demonstrable SEO execution experience.
• Experience managing £20K+/month in paid media budget with direct accountability for pipeline, revenue, or commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM architecture, GA4, and ideally offline conversion setups feeding pipeline data back to ad platforms.
