Collections and Remarketing Customer Service Manager (CSM) – Specialty Collections

Manage daily operations including customer-facing and specialty functions to ensure key performance metrics are met and quality service is provided to MBFS customers while driving process efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience
• High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
