Manager – Digital Sales Systems

The Manager – Digital Sales Systems is responsible for project management, system product ownership, customer database management, data governance, and business architecture. The role involves developing and managing project schedules, tracking project progress, and providing regular reports to stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires managing relationships with all related parties and stakeholders, leading demand management and implementation for systems and applications, and identifying areas of improvement in existing system processes and data quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Innovation, IT, programming or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of work expert in project management, development of digitalization/innovative business
  • Minimum of 2 years of working expert in system lifecycle management (Demand management, Testing, Issue management)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to analyse data and suggest solutions by using excel
  • Strong analytical skills to abstract and visualize complex processes and data
  • Pro-active attitude and good problem-solving skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills with collaborations in cross-functional working environments.
